 Shipping & Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) Policy

• Ground-Only Transport: Because fine fragrances contain high concentrations of alcohol, they are legally classified as hazardous flammable materials by postal authorities. All orders must ship via certified ground transport (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground). Air shipping methods are unavailable.

• Processing & Transit Times: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be freshly transfered, packaged securely, and dispatched. Once shipped, transit times typically range from 2 to 6 business days depending on your location.

• Weather & Environmental Notes: Extreme summer heat or winter freezes can occasionally affect packages in transit. We package all travel sprays securely to protect the structural integrity of the atomizers.

• Quality Control & Storage Standards

  • Optimal Environment: All master inventory bottles are stored in a climate-controlled, dark environment maintained at stable temperatures to preserve top notes, prevent oxidation, and ensure peak performance of the fragrance oil composition.
    

  • Sanitation & Dedicated Equipment Standards: To ensure absolute product purity and eliminate any risk of cross-contamination, every fluid-transfer tool—such as syringes, pipettes, and funnels—is 100% brand new upon first use and kept individually packaged and sealed for that particular scent until it is needed again for future travel sprays.
