Legal Notice & Terms of Use — The Scent Den

Independent Entity: The Scent Den is an independent fragrance-decanting business operating entirely separately from the designer and niche perfume houses.
Trademark Ownership: All brand names, trademarks, logos, and registered trade dress (such as Carolina Herrera, Ariana Grande, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, etc.) remain the sole property of their respective manufacturers and brand holders.
Purpose of Reference: References to brand names, perfume titles, and designer houses are used strictly and solely for identification and descriptive purposes to inform customers of the genuine, authentic fragrance contained within our custom travel sprays. The Scent Den is not partnered with, sponsored by, licensed by, or officially endorsed by any of the respective brand houses.

Genuine Fragrances: All travel sprays offered by The Scent Den are drawn freshly and directly from authentic, retail-purchased bottles.
Sanitation & Dedicated Equipment: Every fluid-transfer tool used—including syringes, pipettes, and funnels—is 100% brand new upon first use and kept individually packaged and sealed for that particular scent until it is needed again, ensuring absolute product purity and zero cross-contamination.

All original text, website design, product photography, custom branding, and logo graphics (including the stylized "TSD" typography) displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of The Scent Den and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Cosmetic Application: Fragrances are applied at the purchaser's own discretion. We recommend reviewing brand ingredients or performing a small skin patch test if you have known sensitivities or allergies. The Scent Den is not liable for adverse skin reactions or misuse of products.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and inventory details are completely accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, update information, or cancel/refund orders impacted by pricing or listing errors at any time.

These terms, conditions, and any separate agreements related to your use of The Scent Den shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
